The new Clean Up Column Node provides options to clean data within selected columns - remove whitespace, letters, numbers, and more with a few clicks.
From the Data App tab, click on a chart to open the properties panel to the right. Hre you'll notice many options Use any of the Transform buttons to open the list of nodes and type Clean to highlight all the data cleaning nodes. Make sure to select the Clean Up Columns option.
All charts now have the option to Aggregate (ie. group) data based on the dimension input. If the checkbox is not selected, the charts will display the data as it appears with each row as its own data point.
For example, we could plot a bar chart with Segment as the dimension (x-axis) and Profit as the measurement (y-axis). With Aggregate checked, all profits for same Segment are added together.
In contrast, unchecking the Aggregate option, will plot each data point. In this case each value for Government, Channel Partners and so on will have their own bars.
