There are four types of Automation triggers.
1. Source Updated
2. Time-Based
3. Manual
4. Webhook
The following trigger will initiate an Automation action after a specified source is updated.
1.1 Select a Source type filter.
1.2 Select a Project filter.
The Time-Based trigger is set to run at a specific time
2.1 Select a time frequency. a Toric Project. You may choose from the following three options.
2.2 Enter the time in hours and minutes at which you would like to run the Automation. In the example below, this Automation is set to run everyday at 4h00 am UTC.
Note: You can see a preview of the runtime at the bottom of the hour and minute selector. In the example below, this is 12h00 am EDT.
Create and Automation at the click of a button.
The Run Once button is located at the bottom of your Automation configuration. If it is your first Automation, you will need to click on Create Automation first.
You may also find the Run Once button in the general Automations page; it is located in the Action column of your Automation.
The Webhook trigger is activated when data changes in a third party integration. For example, a new RFI is created by a user in Procore.
4.1 Select an Application.
4.2 Select one of your Webhook configurations.
